Dear Colleagues,

 

The PACE system requires a set of pre-requisites in order to operate smoothly on your computer.  Please review and follow these tips below.  They help ensure that you can effectively use the PACE software to complete your Handshake / KPI related activities.

 

1)      CLEAR YOUR WEB BROWER HISTORY (pre-requisite for PACE usage)

 

  • Clear all your browser cache and history 
  • Close your browser & open a new browser
  • Use PACE login and continue

 

2)      IN CASE YOUR REPORTING MANAGER IS INCORRECT, PLEASE CONTACT YOUR HR Business Partner

 

PACE uses Reporting Manager based on information in the HR Master System : SAP HR.  If there are any changes, please contact your HR Business Partner, so that it may be updated.  Changes made will be reflected in the next business day.

 

3)      ALL OTHERS: LOGIN IN IT TICKET (SUPPORTAL)

 

               Please log in a Support Ticket in case of any other issues that you may experience.
